If you use our messaging service, we also collect the content of any messages you send to or receive from HiPop, including timestamps and opt-in or opt-out actions. For payments, we use Stripe, which securely handles your billing information.

2. How We Use Your Info

We use your data to provide and improve the HiPop service. This includes helping you or your loved one with tech-related questions, reminders, and daily support. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

3. Messaging and SMS Communication

HiPop only sends recurring SMS messages after users reply YES to a one-time opt-in text. Users may cancel messages at any time by replying STOP, or get more information by replying HELP. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless provider. We log each interaction to improve service and meet legal requirements.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing us at jason@hipop.ai. We retain data only as long as necessary to provide service or comply with legal obligations.
